Associate Director, Payor Data Lead Job Opportunity

Join our team as an Associate Director, Payor Data Lead where you'll play a pivotal role in establishing and evolving payor customer data and analytics within the U.S. payor segment. Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Data and Analytics workstream to enable payor customer data availability within Company systems at the Key Decision Maker (KDM) level and build out payer digital analytics.
• Deliver the Payor Customer Data roadmap.
• Identify external potential customer data sources, vet, and implement a payer data source.
• Establish and maintain a system of record specific to the storage and maintenance of KDM data.
• Update existing systems to store and operationalize KDM data.
• Define and document business requirements.
• Ensure integration and alignment into downstream systems for reporting and analytics.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic direction regarding payor digital data strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to assess and optimize channel performance.

Education Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• MBA degree is preferred.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5 years of experience in roles related to master data and/or analytics within marketing, operations, marketing support, or digital channel innovation.
• Strong project management expertise.
• Experience planning and rolling out new capabilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Cross-functional leadership skills and ability to collaborate across the organization.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience navigating and executing through our Company’s operational processes.
• Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
• Understanding of the US Payor Segment.
