We're looking for a dynamic and experienced People Services Team Lead to join our global team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR operational processes, systems, and internal controls, and a strong understanding of financial reporting concepts. You should be capable of managing a team efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Your expertise in various HR processes, especially in designing, testing, implementing, and evaluating workflows, will be key to this role.
Leading, managing, and developing the team of People Services Specialists and Senior Specialists in Manila.
Driving the achievement of SLA/metrics and producing reports to evaluate the efficiency of our current operations.
Ensuring the team is always aware of any relevant issues and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
Driving and suggesting process improvements within assigned areas to ensure productivity.
Ensuring process documentation complies with company policies and supports statutory compliance.
Assisting with the implementation of system upgrades and other system improvements.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Over 3 years of dynamic experience in HR Tech and Data Management in some countries in APAC/AMER/EMEA. Advanced knowledge of Workday and other relevant technologies used in a global HR shared services center is essential.
More than 2 years experience leading a multinational team and projects, evaluating systems, controls, and operations.
An effective communicator who can present complex topics in a clear and concise manner to different levels of the business.
Ability to meet deadlines, handle varying workloads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and analytical skills to lead teams and build relationships with internal and external partners.
Demonstrated experience in leading technology-related projects and innovations for the HR shared services team.
In this role, you'll primarily work remotely with the support of a dynamic and supportive team. We'll provide you with the digital tools and experiences necessary to work together, even when we're apart. Being digital first doesn't mean we're digital only. You'll also have the flexibility to join us at a Zendesk workspace, in one of our Zendesk offices or our flexible office spaces. We occasionally gather our people in person to connect, collaborate, learn, or celebrate.
