About the Team
The Customer Solutions team at Clari partners with our clients throughout their journey—from initial discovery to implementation and renewal. Our expertise spans product development, process optimization, and strategy; comprising professional services, customer success, digital success, and customer support.
About the Role
As a Professional Services Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our product and ensuring customers derive maximum value post-implementation. You should be curious, consultative, organized, articulate, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment. This is a remote position open to candidates across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with new customers to understand their environment and goals, gathering essential requirements.
- Guide customers on revenue operations strategy, best practices, and the effective use of the Clari platform.
- Translate requirements into standard use cases, configure the platform, confirm solutions, develop enablement plans, and facilitate customer rollouts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including VP Sales Operations and CROs.
- Work jointly with thought leaders to recommend best practices and extended capabilities.
- Proactively engage clients to enhance product adoption and experience, ensuring they serve as positive references.
- Foster cross-functional relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Provide insights and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to drive product enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in functional, technical, project management, strategy, change management, and integration roles.
- Certification as SFDC Administrator or equivalent proficiency in Salesforce administration.
- Preferred experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
- Successful history of implementing transformational SaaS applications in complex corporate environments.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels, including the C-suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and professional demeanor in challenging situations.

Compensation packages are tailored based on various factors including work location, skill set, experience, education, and certifications. The salary range for this position is $81,000 to $122,000, inclusive of stock options and various benefits.
