Job Description

The role aims to revolutionize the user experience of CIB Operations’ services by prioritizing and implementing impactful and data-driven solutions (Intelligent Process Model) to ensure the future relevance of the business and service optimization in line with the strategy.

To research, analyze and interpret client/market/business data and deliverables to facilitate the implementation of strategic transformation initiatives and constantly increase operational efficiency.

The role entails delivering on strategic objectives and benchmarks to meet stakeholder expectations and contribute towards ensuring the future relevance of CIB Operations aligned with the strategy.

As a part of the Data Products & Insights portfolio for the global CIB Operations business, the role involves:

  • Transforming data into actionable and valuable commodities, primarily focusing on data and insights derived from Process Mining as the golden source while building our Intelligent Process Model.
  • Contributing to the creation of commercially viable and widely available data products.
  • Collaborating with a team of data professionals to utilize data products and insights to drive transformation at all levels towards the future state of CIB Operations.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification:

Degree

Experience Required
3-4 years proven experience applying understanding of insights, metrics, strategy and benefits realization measure across the organizational value chain to demonstrate the value of successful implementation of initiatives to meet stakeholder expectations.

3-4 years proven experience in Data Analytics and/or Data Science with interpretation of data, analysis of results using statistical techniques, and reporting with tangible examples of driving impactful change.

1-2 years experience demonstrating an ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement suitable solutions that deliver tangible business value aligned to the overall organizational strategy.

1-2 years proven experience aligning insights and trends with the overall strategic objectives to proactively respond to upcoming change while managing external and internal challenges to promote the success of change.
