Position Overview: Senior Data Analyst, Customer Experience

We are expanding our data team and looking for a dedicated Senior Data Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer success, product, engineering, data science, etc.) to enhance data-driven insights and directly impact our largest customers’ experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to understand and address data needs and gaps.
• Foster strong relationships with the customer success team, our main stakeholder group.
• Design and develop specialized dashboards and reports to demonstrate Spring Health’s positive impact.
• Work with BI and data engineering teams to update data pipelines as needed (including hands-on work with DBT).
• Monitor and ensure data accuracy within your tools.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and operations within Spring Health’s business context.
• Prioritize and manage inbound data requests effectively, using business context and stakeholder collaboration.

Success in This Role

• High client satisfaction with Spring Health reporting.
• Increased efficiency in custom reporting processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about mental health and align with Spring Health’s mission. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, and dashboarding tools.
• Strong user empathy, capable of translating stakeholder issues into impactful solutions.
• High expertise in SQL and knowledge of DBT for data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with executive team members.
• High motivation and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to proactively manage priorities and dependencies.
• A knack for navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches.

Bonus Skills

• Experience working directly with customers for data requests.
• Capability to find creative solutions for data limitations.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigTable, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits

The target base salary range for this position is $125,000-$145,850, along with a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary based on experience, location, and other relevant factors.
