Let us introduce you to the domain this role will be part of. The Customer Operations Domain is where most of the human hands and brains are when we serve our clients and monitor their behavior. To avoid only scaling by adding more human processing power, we aim to establish a super-strong view of what flows through (past, present, and future) and gain great insights into that. We want to ensure we get someone who can steer the way with data insights - both for daily processing and for smarter and better methods.

This role will act as an analytics consultant for the Customer Operations domain, promoting a data-inspired culture. You'll lead projects and identify potential data source requirements to address business needs. You will also analyze customer operations performance against business goals, identify areas of opportunity, develop analysis, insights, and dashboards, and communicate results to a broad audience of stakeholders.
According to your colleagues, you are an experienced senior analyst, with excellent hands-on knowledge of SQL. You have experience working as a data analyst, ideally in operations. You are experienced with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar. You are skilled at translating business cases into analytics opportunities. You are proactive, adaptable, have a strong sense of ownership, drive, and an eye for detail.
