About the Team

Clari’s Deal Desk team is a trusted advisor to our field organization and cross-functional business partners. We provide deal strategy, pricing expertise, operational support, and strategic insights. Our team strikes a balance between revenue generation, flexibility, velocity, profitability, and risk management, making us crucial to Clari’s revenue processes.

About the Role

Become a key driver of revenue at Clari as a Senior Deal Desk Analyst. You’ll partner with sales leadership, account teams, and various internal stakeholders (legal, accounting, finance, partnerships, professional services, and more). You will offer strategic deal advice, pricing and discount guidance, and contract expertise to maximize revenue, velocity, and scale.

This role is fully remote, preferably within the Eastern Time Zone with a starting schedule of 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership within your assigned territory
  • Support US and International sales teams with deal structuring, pricing, custom terms, proposal enhancements, and quoting
  • Enforce pricing, discounting, and commercial guidelines through approvals while offering creative revenue-driving alternatives
  • Drive process and system improvements by partnering with Business Applications, Field Sales, Revenue Accounting, Finance, and Order Management teams; perform UAT as needed
  • Represent the Deal Desk team on cross-functional projects to drive process velocity; perform UAT as needed
  • Provide ongoing training on pricing, deal strategy, booking policies, and commercial guidelines

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of deal desk experience or experience in finance, sales operations, or revenue operations
  • Expertise in deal structuring principles
  • Exceptional communication and teaching skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to extend hours during peak periods
  • Proficiency in SFDC, CPQ, and Excel; analytics background is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic revenue recognition principles

Clari is committed to paying competitive wages and salaries that are fair and motivational. Compensation packages are designed to attract potential employees, meet current employees' needs, and encourage long-term growth at Clari.

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as work location, skill set, experience, education, and certifications. The salary range for this position is $91,000 to $137,000, including stock options and comprehensive company benefits.
