About the Role

As the Senior Insight Analyst – Customer Value, you will be responsible for unveiling insight related to our customers and their behaviour. You will focus on increasing total customer value by monitoring and reporting on customer health, shaping actions to drive frequency and spend, and building propensity models to predict customer behaviour.

What You'll Be Doing

  • trueMonitor and analyze customer health KPIs to reveal opportunities and risks.
  • Work with customer leadership to define actions aimed at increasing customer value through retention and spend, setting related measurement activities.
  • Manage ASOS’ customer value segmentation, and assess the effectiveness of actions aimed at migrating customers to favourable segments.
  • Understand different customer behaviours through analytics and build statistical models for segmentation and propensity analysis.
  • Advocate a test and learn approach within the customer team, helping establish testing roadmaps, structure tests, and derive insights and recommendations from results.
  • Constantly bring fresh ideas and actively push for change, grounded on your findings regarding business issues, analytics approaches, datasets and work methods.
  • Respond to impromptu data requests as required, while endorsing self-service within the business as much as possible.

Qualifications

Who We’d Like to Meet

  • Experience in Customer Insight, Loyalty or CRM roles, providing insight that informs commercial decisions.
  • Proficiency and regular use of SQL are essential.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) and visualization tools.
  • A robust analytical approach with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive and adaptable outlook.
  • Quality, precision, and meticulous attention to detail are crucial.
