Job Description

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Leading a team of highly skilled AI professionals, working closely with clients to co-create solutions and broaden ServiceNow’s market presence.
  • Promoting excellence in knowledge, engagement, and team interactions, as well as with clients and our workforce.
  • Directing engagements and aligning skills with ServiceNow’s strategic and enterprise accounts.
  • Developing team members to meet business demands and their individual career goals.
  • Building and maintaining a recruiting pipeline of potential SC candidates to meet future business requirements.
  • Collaborating with different stakeholder groups, including regional sales teams, solution experts, and geo leaders, to prioritize Solution Consulting efforts.
  • Assigning resources to sales opportunities or other efforts to support demand generation.
  • Regularly evaluating team member progress towards goals through direct observation, peer feedback, and sales feedback.
  • Representing the voice of the business internally at ServiceNow to drive market strategy and gain a competitive edge.
  • Understanding the business and technical problems addressed by our full suite of AI products, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc.
  • Serving as an executive speaker at marketing events – user conferences, tradeshows, webinars, etc.
  • Managing day-to-day activities such as managing conflicting resource scheduling, reviewing and approving expenses, and reporting activities etc.

Qualifications

The following qualifications will set you up for success in this role:

  • 10 years of experience in presales or a related field.
  • Experience managing presales teams as a first line manager or equivalent.
  • AI Experience: 5 or more years selling AI Products, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models focusing on Generative AI.
  • Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, Process Mining, and Virtual Agent is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing tech company specializing in software, cloud, or customer experience.
  • Ability to clearly communicate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of the sales process and being a trusted advisor for Specialist Sales, account management, and the extended sales organization.
  • Knowledge of traditional coaching, mentoring and management approaches to individual contributors.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solution Architects.
  • Experience with Value Based Selling or Solution Selling.
  • A thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space, the provision of PaaS based solutions, and a broad understanding of Service Management practices.
