We're in search of a Marketing Data Analyst skilled in Python, MySQL, BigQuery, and Data Visualization. Your task involves integrating and evaluating data from myriad sources, including digital advertising channels, CRM lead data, customer opt-ins, and purchasing data, to yield actionable marketing insights.

Who You Are

  • You possess considerable experience in Statistical Data Analysis and Data Analytics, able to reveal significant insights from complex data.
  • You have expertise in Python programming and MySQL, which empowers you to manipulate and examine data effectively.
  • You are proficient in machine learning and data analysis, employing these tools to extract valuable insights from extensive datasets.
  • You can communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely through your exceptional technical writing skills.
  • You are familiar with digital advertising platforms like Facebook and Google, and have experience in integrating data from CRM systems.
  • You have the comfort level to deal with vast datasets and have experience working with data platforms such as BigQuery.
  • You have a strong understanding of statistics, which enables you to interpret data and produce precise, insightful analyses.
  • You have prior experience in creating and managing data dashboards in Looker Studio, enabling easy data visualization and analysis.
  • You are capable of setting up automated data reports to simplify access and understanding of data insights for the entire team.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing, building, and managing a centralized online database in BigQuery to aggregate all client and marketing data.
  • Integrating datasets like lead data from CRMs, digital advertising data, customer opt-ins, and purchasing data to offer comprehensive insights.
  • Conducting advanced data analysis, modeling, and prediction using advertising data, CRM lead data, customer opt-ins, and purchasing data.
  • Developing and using statistical models, including linear regression and predictive lead scoring, to analyze complex datasets.
  • Applying machine learning techniques to enhance data analytics and obtain deeper insights.
  • Preparing technical reports and presenting analytical findings to the team and stakeholders in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Maintaining data dashboards in Looker Studio for easy data visualization and analysis.


What Success Looks Like

30 Days

  • Establishing an organized, extensive online data base in BigQuery to store all client and marketing data. Also, integrating lead data from CRMs, digital advertising data, customer opt-ins, and purchasing data to provide meaningful insights for marketing decisions.
  • Creating and maintaining data dashboards in Looker Studio for easy data visualization, analysis, and automated reporting.

60 Days

  • Developing statistical models for data analysis, such as linear regression modeling and predictive lead scoring, to effectively guide marketing actions.

90 Days

  • Automating the generation of actionable insights and trends over time from data analysis to inform our marketing strategy.
