As a Product Manager for the AI Model Training, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the future of our AI platform. Between large language models, forecasts, recommenders, and more, Databricks customers are constantly seeking to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI. We work hard to ensure our customers have the best infrastructure, abstractions, foundational models, and tooling to support their objectives. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in our team, steering the strategic direction and implementation of our model training services. Your insights and leadership will directly influence the way we help customers achieve their AI objectives. This role is a unique opportunity for you to make your mark in a rapidly evolving field that blends technology, data science, and product innovation. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, to define the roadmap and deliver creative features that empower data-driven decision-making and accelerate AI development.

The pay range for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
