SUMMARY

Artera is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager who will work closely with our data team and all Engineering teams. This role is crucial in shaping our Product roadmap by leveraging current AI and Machine Learning market trends, including generative AI and conversational AI.

The Senior Product Manager will lead the inclusion of key features from our AI Roadmap, ensuring flawless cooperation with our healthcare IT vendors. This individual will be pivotal in monitoring and managing customer outcomes, conducting market research, customer discovery, and promoting customer adoption.

As an essential go-between for the Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders, this person will play a pivotal role in influencing internal strategies and sparking innovation in our product suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market Research and Customer Discovery: Perform thorough market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions and strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the data team, Engineering teams, and other product managers to align strategies, encourage innovation, and achieve successful product outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage key stakeholders, influence internal decisions, and align product strategies with organizational goals.
  • Healthcare Vendor Integration: Facilitate the integration of key features from our AI Roadmap with healthcare IT vendors, ensuring interoperability and increased customer value.
  • Customer Adoption: Design and introduce strategies to boost customer adoption, assuring our products meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
  • Customer Outcomes: Monitor and control customer outcomes, guaranteeing our product aligns with customer needs and expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills to address issues and identify innovative solutions.
  • Systems Thinking: Show a comprehensive understanding of the product ecosystem, considering the interconnections and dependencies between various components and stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrate high levels of initiative in driving projects forward, probing new opportunities, and constantly improving product features and offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Equivalent experience may also be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 7 years of product management experience.
    • Preferably with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
  • A demonstrated record of successfully integrating AI, staying current with its market trends, and driving customer adoption.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven capability to perform market research, customer discovery, and to influence internal stakeholders effectively.
  • An experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with data experts and Engineering teams.

BONUS

  • Experience in the Healthcare field.
  • Experience managing AI products that use Natural Language Processing.

SALARY RANGE

The actual base will depend on experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal equity.

$120,000 - $176,000
