SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This job aims to offer the chance to gain practical experience through direct exposure to the corresponding business lines, and to cultivate the next generation of varied business professionals. To achieve this, the program provides first-hand training and experience in the business line, reveals the various career opportunities in the business line and related areas, and prepares participants for roles in the business.

Standard responsibilities include, offering services to the daily operating objectives of the assigned area, participating in relevant projects and programs, assisting in project and initiative planning and implementation, conducting research and report producing which includes recommendations or action suggestions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate program.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pursuing a degree in computer science/software engineering.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with UI/UX design and frontend development experience and/or
  • High proficiency in Python programming with experience in AI/ML product and service development.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Effectively communicate while directly interacting with colleagues, clients, and other internal or external constituents in the planning of assignments and to solve day-to-day operational issues.

2. Provide entry-level professional services as relevant to the daily operating objectives of the area under supervision. Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from senior personnel in accomplishing activities and assignments.

3. Participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise pertinent to the organization's needs.

4. Partake in unit project and initiative planning and implementation within area of expertise and ability.

5. Conduct research and produce reports including recommendations or alternative action proposals as specifically requested by management.

6. Carry out relevant studies or enrichment programs as suited to the specific objectives of the operating unit.

7. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
