Job Description

Our Customer Master Data Specialist will play a crucial role on our Sales Operations team, helping maintain and improve data quality and structure, and establishing and implementing work processes and data policies.

This person will work closely with a variety of teams with the goal of understanding, automating, troubleshooting, and correcting data; thus, ensuring the development of effective business processes and insights, leading to increased sales productivity and efficiency.

Based in our Madrid office, the role requires being in the office 3 days a week.

  • Serves as a trusted advisor on matters relating to Customer and Prospect data.
  • Creates, tracks, and manages the architecture, structure, and accuracy of the Customer Master Data.
  • Establishes clear policies, performs regular audits, and processes around Customer and Prospect data.
  • Works in collaboration with Sales Operations and other key teams to align definitions, seek automation where possible, and encourage communication around the assigned topics.
  • Collects market data to improve reporting and insights.
  • Implements best practices and standardization of Customer Master Data, considering scalability.
  • Inspect and resolve Customer Master Data issues, execute actionable recommendations, and monitors accuracy metrics.
  • Assists with CRM changes.
  • Aligns and implements strategic initiatives from Sales leadership with regards to Customer Data.
  • Ensures data accuracy across all key elements.
  • Adapts to significant changes in job responsibilities or working environments by exploring benefits, trying new approaches, and working with others to ensure successful change.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales/Customer Data Management.
  • Experience working for a SaaS company; experience with high growth start-up is a plus.
  • Understands and can express technical aspects with business acumen.
  • Ability to independently identify issues, propose solutions, and carry out those solutions.
  • Proven success in driving operational excellence, motivated to continuously improve, and can drive business impact.
  • Experience building actionable reports to conduct Data Audits using Salesforce (Tableau CRM is a plus), and highly proficient in Excel.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Experience of working in multinational organizations is a plus.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering.
  • Must be proficient in English.
