Job Summary: Streetlight Analyst

As a Streetlight Analyst, you will enhance customer service and corporate image by assessing and managing outdoor lighting issues. Responsibilities include using company-supported tools to ensure efficient maintenance and repair services, eliminating duplicate reports, identifying root causes of outages, and communicating repair statuses with customers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze outdoor lighting trouble reports and enter details into the outage management system.
  • Assign trouble jobs to contractors, service centers, or central dispatch.
  • Monitor and provide status updates on the progression of outdoor lighting trouble jobs.
  • Complete outage reports for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and customer needs.
  • Communicate outage information to internal and external customers, including customer representatives, account managers, and government agencies.
  • Investigate and analyze customer complaints within specified timeframes.
  • Utilize Continuous Improvement tools to enhance processes.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of GIS.
  • Experience with Kloudgin Outage Management System.
  • Familiarity with CRM/MAXIMO.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency with InService software with minimal instruction.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of GIS mapping systems.
  • Knowledge of customer billing systems.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Organization and planning skills, with an ability to apply Continuous Improvement (CI) principles.
