We are developing and providing the SuccessHub service, which dramatically improves the productivity of the team and brings results to the customer success organization.
In order to further accelerate the expansion of the product, we are looking for a product specialist who can promote these initiatives.
From considering the introduction of SuccessHub to starting operation, customers need to coordinate with in-house SREs and data engineers and set up data integration themselves. Your mission is to coordinate with the AE and the CSM to follow up after sorting out technical requirements with the customer, and provide technical and functional support for customers using the product.
Job Description
The role of the SuccessHub product specialist is to combine client data in SuccessHub and deliver the product.

- Environment construction for utilization of SuccessHub
- Combining customer data and product data of clients
- Extract and process data using SQL
- Collaboration with business team
- Provide demos for customers
- BI tool construction
- Use BI tools (such as Looker Studio) to visualize the usage status of customers

SuccessHub is an action SaaS for customer success managers that integrates and visualizes the data necessary for action planning, executes actions without crossing tools, and uses the results for improvement.

Requirements

Working hours:
- Flex system (core time: 11:00-16:00)
- Remote work available (with 1 office attendance day per month)
