Product Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager who thrives in a start-up atmosphere and can flourish in a fun, ever-changing, and challenging environment. The ideal candidate should have insight and experience in the contact centers sector and should have led the design and development of CRM/ERP products with conversational user interfaces.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the roadmap for Voicebot and Chatbot development.
• Drive innovation and evolution by gathering market queries and guiding developers on new feature implementations.
• Support Project Managers in analyzing customer needs and integrating our solutions into their infrastructure.
• Collaborate with platform providers and technical partners to resolve issues.
• Prepare and review documentation related to Voicebot and Chatbot features.
• Provide training on these modules to internal teams.
• Leverage synergies across TuoTempo's modules.

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals who:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Have at least 1 year of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager.
• Experience working on complex AI projects.
• Are familiar with conversational user interfaces.
• Have expertise in hosted telephony and VoIP/SIP (Asterisk, Free PBX, and standard telephony software).
• Have worked with Twilio or similar solutions.
• Have utilized Meta for Business Suite.
• Possess excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Can build trust within the organization and with customers.
• Are proactive, focused, and consistent.
• Are fluent in English and can manage Italian conversations with the development team.
• Any additional languages are a plus.
