In the Holy Water team, you will get to work on globally recognized products! Together, we will be able to track modern trends, analyze the market, create creatives that hook, and work effectively with different advertising platforms.

The team is currently looking for a Junior Data Engineer, who will become part of the Data Engineering team and will be involved in building a data platform and data management. As the company adheres to a Data Informed approach to decision making, the quality of data and the anti-fragility of data platforms is a vital priority in the architecture development and directly affects the speed of development and the quality of product decisions.

What will you be doing:

• Building data models in DBT (SQL, Jinja).
• Integrating third-party APIs (Python).
• Building data pipelines in Airflow (Python).
• Conducting data exploration (Exploratory Data Analysis).
• Troubleshooting.

What it takes to join:

• Commercial experience as a Data Analyst for at least 6 months and a desire to develop as a Data Engineer.
• Professional skills in working with Python, SQL.
• Experience with GCP or other Cloud providers will be an advantage.
• Responsibility and proactivity.
• Attention to detail and the ability to understand unfamiliar data.

Selection stages:

1. Preliminary screening. The recruiter asks several questions (via phone or messenger) to get a sense of your experience and skills before the interview.

2. Test task. Validates your expertise and demonstrates the approaches, tools, and decisions you apply at work. We do not limit you in time and never use candidates' work output without appropriate agreements.

3. Interview with the manager. A comprehensive discussion about your professional competencies and the team's work into which you apply.

4. Bar-raising. For the , we invite one of the top managers of the Genesis ecosystem, who will not work directly with the candidate. The bar-raiser focuses on your soft skills and values to understand how fast you can grow with the company.

Careful onboarding

On the first day, you will meet the team and discuss your goals for the probationary period with your manager. You will be connected to all communication channels, added to informal chats, given documents and instructions to familiarize yourself with the team's processes.
