Job Summary

The selected candidate will oversee the effective collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders such as Risk, Legal, Product, and Client Service departments. You will be the backbone in the execution and retention of crucial client documentation, ensuring that all processes are streamlined to enhance client satisfaction. Your expertise in client documentation will be essential in supporting our internal teams, managing documentation workflows, and adhering to global policies and standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enrich relationships across diverse internal partner groups and business levels.
  • Oversee and govern the Global Digital Document Services teams, particularly for EMEA operations.
  • Act as the primary escalation point and key contact for EMEA stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire workflow of client documentation from initiation to retention, both electronic and physical.
  • Guarantee adherence to the Bank’s legal, risk mitigation, and policy standards.
  • Lead document remediation projects and manage escalated issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Improve processes and develop internal procedures for managing recurrent events or issues.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management proficiencies.
  • Experience in client documentation with knowledge of legal and product-specific documentation preferred.
  • Proven background in client-facing roles and ability to handle escalations independently.
  • High analytical capabilities, with a strong risk awareness and control orientation.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
