As part of the Salesforce Customer Support Team, we streamline sales management, empower the group-wide sales team with effective dashboards and reports, train all Salesforce users, support problem-solving, and continuously enhance the functionality of our Salesforce solutions with key users.

Your Role and Challenges

As CRM Data Analyst International, your primary goal will be to enhance the user experience and economic benefits of the Salesforce Sales Cloud. Your tasks will include:

Support:

• Creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Analyzing requests and errors from key and general users.
• Providing ad-hoc analysis for local sales management.
• Analyzing and preparing international CRM data to support CSO/CMO in monthly international meetings.

Development:

• Creating user stories for customization requests and communicating these to IT along with conceptualizing test scenarios.
• Coordinating and conducting tests after adjustments and software updates, and finalizing developments on the Salesforce platform.

Your Strengths

• A complete vocational training in business or related fields.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce, particularly CRM Analytics, SAP, QlikView, and advanced Excel skills (Power-Query).
• Strong analytical, commercial, and solution-oriented thinking with excellent communication skills, including data interpretation.
• Willingness to travel.
