CRM Data Analyst | Job description

Main Tasks and activities

  • Performance analysis of digital and CRM campaigns, emphasizing lead management and conversion KPIs;
  • Customer base analysis, applying behavioural scores and business-driven indices to guide strategic decisions;
  • Gather data from internal and external sources, arrange and structure it to clean databases, rectifying any data collection and storage system exploits;
  • Prepare reports and documents of analysis outcomes to be presented to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Excel proficiency and/or other data modelling application expertise.
  • SQL basics or similar experience in analyzing large datasets is mandatory.
  • Office suite expertise (Excel specifically).
  • Enthusiastic about data mining, identifying patterns and potential anomalies, and addressing them.
  • Substantial working experience with software like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Aptitude to work within a intricate and fluid, fast-paced, challenging work setting;
  • Capability to prosper in a dynamic and often vague environment, operating independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
  • Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • At least 2 years of experience in other CRM or Automotive projects/firms.
  • Professional level Italian and English skills

Nice to have but not required:

  • Experience in data cleaning and preparation () is a plus
  • Python or another programming language skills is an advantage.
