About the Role

In this crucial position, you will manage and analyze NPS survey data and work closely with cross-functional teams to design and refine customer experience strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced customer experience measurement tools like NPS, ratings, reviews, and text analytics to extract deep insights into customer sentiments and behaviors.
  • Create and manage interactive dashboards that showcase NPS survey data, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • Develop and implement new survey strategies using the latest methodologies for essential and impactful data gathering.
  • Compile detailed analytical reports for the executive management team, underlining significant customer trends and insights for strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Enhance customer feedback algorithms through AI, boosting the accuracy and relevance of the insights derived.
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies, aligning project delivery with broader business objectives and assuring effective team coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact within the company for all customer experience survey-related activities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Higher education degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Strong capability in handling NPS, ratings, reviews, text analytics, and other customer experience measurement tools.
  • Proficient in Business Intelligence and data analytics, with advanced skills in database management, pivot tables, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies including interviews, focus groups, and customer journey analysis.
  • Expertise in Dashboard and Reporting tools, particularly Office 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
