The Service, Quality and Environmental (SQE) division drives the direction of Sony Europe end-customer support & service, striving for a very good customer satisfaction experience under a well-balanced cost for Sony.
Within SQE, a team of business and functional analysts is responsible for constantly re-thinking and improving business process flows, increasing a better customer experience or decreasing the cost for Sony. Within this team, we are looking to grow our existing team with a new member to join as Data Analyst in Budapest.
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Any new SONY product sold on the market needs to be set-up correctly inside our internal SONY applications. In your role, you will ensure Sony products are correctly set up and you will be working with warranty related data for all European countries and products
