The Team

Our engineering team comprises industry veterans with experience in deep learning infrastructure, autonomous systems, marketplace technologies, and more. We build systems that tackle some of the most complex software challenges ever encountered.

We're on the lookout for a proactive and client-focused Enterprise Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset. You'll engage with the AI/ML community, identify new customers, and help them achieve their goals using our platform. Your role will involve navigating intricate sales cycles and leveraging your business acumen for success.

What You’ll Do

  • Network, sell, and close deals
  • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and actively participate in the community
  • Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and articulate the Arize vision
  • Implement sophisticated prospecting strategies
  • Create sales strategies, write effective communication scripts, and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct extensive research on accounts, stakeholders, and competitors
  • Manage proof-of-concepts, foster adoption, and expand accounts
  • Navigate internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure success
  • Understand customer use cases, scope licensing, and identify additional workloads
  • Preferably familiar with BANT or MEDDIC methodology

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Experience with or a willingness to learn sales technologies
  • Self-starter comfortable in flexible environments
  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales and handling complex enterprise deals
  • Dedicated to helping prospects and customers
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Bonus Points

  • Experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $250,000 - $300,000, plus a competitive equity package. Your total compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, unlimited PTO, generous parental leave, and wellness support.
