Role Overview
We are pioneering a new category in AI-driven strategy management and execution solutions. This role is dual-faceted—both a player and coach. You'll lead our market penetration efforts, engaging new target accounts while mentoring a team of Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Your ability to open doors, educate executives, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers will drive our success.
Responsibilities
Market Penetration:
- Identify and engage high-potential target accounts across various industries.
- Develop innovative outreach strategies to secure meetings with C-Suite and executive-level decision-makers.
- Articulate our unique value proposition, explaining how our AI solutions revolutionize strategy management and execution.
Prospecting and Executive Engagement:
- Build a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and multi-channel outreach.
- Deliver compelling presentations to C-Suite prospects, demonstrating the impact of our solutions on strategic outcomes.
Sales Execution:
- Manage the full sales cycle, tailoring approaches to the specific challenges of selling innovative strategy management solutions.
- Mentor and coach AEs and BDRs on the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor messaging and solutions to meet each prospect's unique strategic needs.
Relationship Building and Market Intelligence:
- Establish trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor.
- Gather and analyze market feedback to inform our category creation efforts and product strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of B2B software sales experience, ideally in innovative technologies or strategy-related solutions.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets through new business acquisition.
- Exceptional prospecting skills with the ability to secure meetings with C-level executives.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate how AI can impact strategic business outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive during the early stages of category creation.
- Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to broad go-to-market initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience successfully launching new products or entering new markets.
- Knowledge of strategy management concepts and their business applications.
- A history of success within an early-stage startup environment.
