About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to shape our engineering, product, and design (EPD) team during a growth phase. You will manage the full-cycle technical recruitment process, from sourcing strategies to securing top technical talent. Your role involves building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders and ensuring a seamless and data-driven recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our CTO/Co-Founder and EPD hiring managers to understand team needs and create effective hiring plans.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various channels.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline through online channels, networking, and events.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication.
- Advocate for a data-driven recruitment process by analyzing recruiting metrics and optimizing the hiring process.
- Enhance recruitment processes, including interviewer training and process documentation.
- Build trustful partnerships with stakeholders and candidates through strong business acumen.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a full-cycle in-house Technical Recruiter, preferably in growth-stage SaaS startups.
- Strong knowledge of engineering, product, and design roles, with experience assessing technical skills.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring top technical talent in competitive markets.
- Experience negotiating complex offers, including equity packages.
- Proficiency in using recruiting metrics to drive the hiring process.
- Familiarity with modern ATS systems like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Enthusiasm for startup environments and contributing to scaling recruitment processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Ashby ATS.
- Knowledge of Gem or similar sequencing tools for sourcing campaigns.
- Skills in developing recruiting dashboards and reports.
