Summary

Placer.ai seeks a talented Customer Success Manager focusing on Commercial Real Estate. The role involves managing a book of customer business, acting as trusted advisors, and ensuring customer success. You will engage with accounts, manage customers’ needs, ensure product adoption, and retain revenue.

The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and able to meet deadlines. A deep understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry and experience supporting customers through data analysis and application is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding, nurturing, retention, up-selling, and ongoing success for a defined book of accounts.
  • Educate customers on data insights and their business applications.
  • Document use cases to confirm value and prove ROI.
  • Share best practices and facilitate learning through peer-led skill-building sessions.
  • Develop creative solutions for overcoming customer challenges.
  • Ensure customer health through timely support work.
  • Incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong critical problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about using technology to solve business problems.
  • High degree of ownership and dedication to working accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in presenting complex data to meet customer needs.
  • Proficient in using analytical tools to help customers identify opportunities and mitigate risk.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects.
