Vattenfall Eldistribution is at the heart of the energy transition and plays a central role in the powerful electrification currently taking place at the societal level, where grid capacity needs to double within the next 10 years. The transition involves dramatically increased customer interactions. Our Customer Information and Insights department's role is to understand our customer segments, their motivators and the pace of growth. Our department acts as information owners of all customer data and are responsible for our customer insights work.
We are currently 15 colleagues and are planning to grow with several new employees – including a Data Analyst to our office in Solna.
About the roleOur role is to understand and analyze our customers and segments and to build accurate forecasts to understand the growth rate. Our department works on behalf of the operation, which means the analyses we perform are needs-driven and vary depending on what is happening in our environment. We work closely with the operation to understand and act on their needs.
We are now looking for a Data Analyst with focus on developing our customer satisfaction survey – our “Customer Effort Score” (CES). The customer satisfaction survey is distributed monthly to customers who have interacted with Vattenfall Eldistribution across various channels. The existing survey has been in place for a few years, and there is a significant need to review the method, technical solution, and result's handling/communication.
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with the person responsible for the survey and help make the survey relevant based on our mission, find a relevant technical platform for distribution, benchmark against other companies in the industry, and establish how to communicate the information to our organization. Customer satisfaction is key to understanding how we can develop our customer journeys, which is a tool for better understanding the customer's experience with us. Initially, in parallel with development method work, you will continue to ensure that the customer survey is sent out, analyzed and presented.
The customer survey is in demand across the operation and the analysis currently takes too long and is too complicated, creating a need for a more structured and data-driven way of working. Communication is an important part of our work. You will regularly present the analyses internally within the company, where customer insights are in high demand at all levels. Your ability to present and adapt messages for different parts of the operation is therefore important.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:
We regard it as a merit if you also have:
Since the department’s role is to understand the needs within the customer insights area, your communication and relationship-building ability internally and externally is important. You are innovative and analytical and are strong in turning insights into consequences. We also believe that you are agile and proactive to handle the role's breadth.
We offer
Aside from being part of shaping the future of smart energy societies, we offer a workplace with excellent development opportunities. We encourage those who want to progress and explore new areas within the company. With our career and development model, we want to clearly outline the possibilities for you to develop in the direction you desire. It is important that your whole life works, and we therefore care about our employees experiencing a good balance between work and leisure. We are convinced that diversity and inclusion lead to innovative thinking, improved business results, and increased engagement, and we strive to represent the diversity among our customers and the community we operate in.
