The Senior Reporting Analyst will be an integral part of the Data Service team within the People, Operations and Insights group, providing data, analytics, and strategic decisions support to numerous business units across diverse regions within Mastercard.
This individual will bring along experience in analytics and reporting to facilitate data-driven decisions about talent at Mastercard. Ideal candidates should be detail-focused, execution-oriented, and proficient in identifying opportunities to introduce consistency and scalability to the analytical outputs within a complex organization.
Role
The responsibilities present a wide spectrum, from serving as the initial point of contact for recurring reporting requests from global stakeholders, collaborating on monthly headcount reporting, partnering closely with People Analytics Consultants to devise scalable reporting solutions, ensuring data integrity in collaboration with Data management & HR Systems teams to providing reporting support for ongoing activities. The role demands exceptional judgment and discretion when handling highly sensitive people data.
All About You
Essential Skills
Experience in working with organizational/workforce data, regular reporting for leadership, Excel expertise, communicating technical results to non-technical audience, flexibility and responsiveness, excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Desirable Attributes
Experience using HRIS tools (preferably Workday), experience in relationship building across large-scale organizations, experience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data using tools such as SQL, R, or Python, and familiarity with ETL tool capabilities and utility (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica), Experience in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Domo) is preferable.
