Job Description

lastminute.com is searching for an ambitious and highly motivated Post Sales Data Analyst for its Data & Analytics department. Your primary responsibility as a key team member will be to use your analytical skills to generate actionable insights that improve product performance and drive business growth.

By working closely with product teams, you will provide extensive analytical and technical support to enhance business intelligence and facilitate our company's growth. You will have the chance to optimize post-sales processes, elevate automation levels, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing data to identify patterns and recommend actions for improving the customer experience.
  • Providing reports to monitor initiatives, gauge their impact, and track the performance of existing solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities for process automation and working with the technology teams for their implementation.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities.
  • Exploring and proactively proposing new business opportunities.
  • Understanding how to measure each initiative, monitor their performance, and offering insights and recommendations accordingly.
  • Communicating and presenting results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the company.
  • Cooperating with other Data Analysts within the company on joint projects to identify synergies and enhance data governance.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong analytical skills/mindset.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent SQL skills for querying and exploring data sets.
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to influence decision makers through analysis presentations.
  • Good understanding of statistical analysis techniques and how to apply them using analytical languages (e.g. Python/R)
  • Good experience in visualizing data and using data visualization tools.
