Opportunity Overview: Senior Data Analyst

Located in vibrant Nashville, this pivotal role in our Customer Experience (CX) department involves deep collaboration with key stakeholders to enhance our service delivery through strategic data insights and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough data analysis including validation, reporting, and trend identification to guide actionable outcomes.
• Spearhead data accuracy initiatives and own the weekly reporting requirements for both business reviews and agent performance metrics.
• Work across teams to capture big-picture trends and implement solutions that enhance service level agreements and operational efficiency.
• Utilize advanced tools such as Excel, Google BigQuery, and internal Workforce Management software to create and maintain complex reporting systems.

Who We're Looking For:

• Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Workware Management with a strong background in Customer Service data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, and data analytics software with a proven ability to manage projects and communicate insights effectively.
• Analytical thinkers with excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to operate independently under tight deadlines are encouraged to apply.
